About Me
The Wordmeister is the trading name of freelance writer and
journalist Mark
Lewin.
Mark lives and works in
Oxfordshire, where he
lives with his wife Amanda and his sons Ben, Samuel, Malachy and
Patrick and daughter Marie.
Having worked in a succession
of rather bizarre and totally
unrelated jobs in his early twenties (brainwave technician,
professional yo-yo player, barristers' clerk and computer programmer
among them) Mark settled into a career as a freelance journalist and
copywriter, where he finally appears to have found his niche.
Since then he has been writing
for a wide range of trade
journals, magazines and corporate customers.
He is also the author of Access
2003 in Easy Steps, published
by
Computer Step and has ghostwritten numerous articles, ebooks and
courses.
When he's not sat at the keyboard or changing
nappies, he can often be found at the bottom of a flooded quarry
somewhere, indulging his other passion: scuba diving.
